Over the past few days we've been installing some new Cisco networking equipment upgrades (upgraded switches and router). During those times, the XIAIX website and game were down for approximately 1 hour.

We anticipate a few more brief outages like this throughout the remainder of this week as we perform remote and local tests to our servers. In addition, we are purchasing a new Domain Controller (HP ProLiant DL360 G4), and an HP ProLiant DL320 for the game engine and database. This will all be completed by this coming weekend, 12/13/09.
