The governing council over Rocinu has heard the citizens' plea to employ someone to dispose of all those black rats running rampant in the city streets. May I introduce, Randy the Rat Catcher.

Randy the Rat Catcher is an elderly Rocinuan who's a bit hard of hearing at times, and likes to recite recipes for cooking all sorts of rat dishes. He does a decent job at catching black rats, although I'm not quite sure he ever empties his cage or just lets them rot away over the years.

Either way, under Rocinu employ and ever diligent at his job, Randy the Rat Catcher means no harm to you and thus should not be harmed by you. Please allow Randy the Rat Catcher to do his job and Rocinu will be a happier place.
